We didn’t create this business just to make a profit. We chose to be a Public Benefit Corporation (PBC) because we’re committed to empowering everyone to create their own meaningful work, no matter what the color of their skin, who they love, their age, or how their mind or body works.
Giving back to the community is written in our bylaws. It’s how we treat each other and our customers, and how we make the world a better place. We’re constantly asking ourselves how we can do more to make a positive impact. Every year we award hundreds of thousands of dollars in grants to support and amplify voices that need to be heard, including businesses owned by women, BIPOC, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
